A primary focus, as the name suggests, is progressive (rock) music ("prog rock"), although "rock" is not necessarily the implied structure.
Creative music is the overall focus.

Our musicians, artists, and groups produce music that is not "mainstream music for the masses."
Therefore, the creative forces must come out - and hence, the existence of this "internet record company".
